10. Start a budget. A budget may be a plan that allocates future income towards expenses, savings, investments, and debt repayment. they are doing not need to be rigid and sophisticated and there are numerous budgeting software options available online.
11. Drink less alcohol. this will improve your physical, mental, and financial health.
12. Travel. Travel will expose you to new places, new cultures, new people, and new ideas.
13. Eat healthy food. Healthy food nourishes the body and provides us the energy to urge through every day.
14. Improve your memory. an honest memory may be a powerful and valuable asset. Brain games, exercise, and reading are just a couple of the ways you’ll keep your memory strong.
15. Do it now. what’s it? This only something you’ll know. But there may be a clue: it’s what you retain adjourning till tomorrow, or next week, or next year….
