Certain products are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display colours and finishes as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, including where we suspect fraud, resale or a pricing error. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address given at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment providers. Your card details are handled by those providers and are never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and risk

Shipping timescales shown on the Site are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unused and in their original packaging, in line with our Refund Policy. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including product photography, copy, logos, illustrations and the Vogkey name, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited uses
